Premier Care Plus was established by Nicola Hopwood-Clarke in 2009 as she recognised the demand for quality and reliable care in the community.
She was motivated by a number of documentaries and press articles which highlighted many cases and companies delivering poor standards of care.
Nicola has established a quality Domiciliary Care Agency, providing Care and Support to individuals in their own home and communities over North Wales and Shropshire. Her staff deliver individually tailored care packages with the aim of enabling and increasing independence, allowing people to remain living in their own homes, surrounded by the memories they treasure.

Premier Care Plus works with the individual and their family and agrees a support plan which is person centred and ensures the individual is treated with dignity and respect at all times.
In the early days it soon became apparent that in order for staff to carry out quality support, training and development needed to be at the top of the list.
Our staff complete regular recognised training. We promote Career progression and provide continual professional development to all of our staff, therefore building and expanding a skilled and passionate workforce within the care sector.
