I felt I must write to thank the organisation for the wonderful thought of providing Christmas dinner for people on their own over Christmas. When they first made the offer, it simply made my day! And the dinner was unbelievable – everything one might expect for a fantastic occasion – and something for our tea as well!
It was a most generous and happy thought and we were so pleased to be on the receiving end of such kindness. We even had a cracker each and a father Christmas serviette – nothing was left out!

To Premier Care Plus, I am just writing this letter as a very very big thank you to you all and all your staff. Over the last 11 years I have had lots of different care firms. When I started having my morning calls with you I found in the first few weeks how good your staff and carers are. After hours and on call is so very good as it is so reassuring to people like myself who live alone and have no family that there is someone to talk to in person after office closes and no automated messages instead a real person to talk to if I needed. This is a great safety and comfort to us on our own and more so in the dark winter evenings. I rate you and your company 5 stars plus. For the first time in 11 years since I have been ill I can hand on heart say you are the very best care company I have ever had, all your carers to me are like family that I don’t have as they do have time to chat have a laugh, a smile which makes a big help to me when I don’t see anyone during the day except on a Thursday when I do get out with the carer and once again for the first time ever I feel safe and enjoy my day. My Thursday carer is so very good, she looks out for me, she never leaves my side and now she knows my shopping ways again never had this high level of support from other care firms. From day one when your first carer came through my door she is absolutely fantastic in every way of support and kindness I can only give her my utmost highest regards ever, in her job and as a person you only find someone like her who is one in a million without her care and support maybe I would not be here now. I just want all of you the office staff, all the carers I have had I cannot say a bad word against them or your firm and all I can say is a very big thank you to you all. I thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart now knowing I have an excellent care firm and a great bunch of carers for once in 11 years I feel safe, looked after and cared for from a great care firm, one of the very best
