How do you select and background check new Care Practitioners?We take a minimum of four references when selecting new staff along with a full and enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check. We conduct a thorough selection process to ensure we hire only hire staff that have a passion for delivering top quality care.

Who would support me?At Premier Care Plus, all of our Care Practitioners are highly trained and dedicated to dealing with the unique and differing needs of those who use our services. Our staff are encouraged to continually develop their skills and we will match the correct person best suited to provide the support you need. All of our staff comply with the regulatory Codes of Practice. We are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). We conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure total compliance giving you peace of mind and reassurance.

Is support available 24 hours a day, all year long?Yes, we can provide care 24 hours a day, every single day of the year. Care packages are tailored to your needs and may be increased or decreased as required.

How would my needs be assessed?We will visit you in your own home and talk things through with you and your family. We can then ascertain your needs and create a plan to fulfil them.

How do I pay for my support?We have individuals that pay for their own care and others who receive funding to help them stay independent in their own home. Social Services and Department of Health have launched a number of nationwide initiatives help people fund their care and at the same time allow choice in who provides their care such as Direct Payments and Bridging the Gap (NEWCIS).

What will my care cost?Care packages are always tailored to specific client needs. We will visit you and listen to what you require then work together to provide the support needed at an agreed price.
