Whilst you will find details about all of our services here, it is important to remember that each and every one of our Care Packages is tailored to individual needs. This means we deliver care and support to you in your own home, based on your personal wishes.
OUR SUPPORT
We will be pleased to visit you wherever convenient to discuss how we can assist and support you or your loved ones. We listen to what is required, discussing different options available and collectively agree a suitable Care Package that supports your current circumstances, but with the flexibility to change whenever needed.

Our aim is simple. To maintain a person’s dignity and independence within their own home and community. We achieve this through companionship, home help, personal care and support in the community. Our wide range of services allow us to tailor support to meet your aims, both now and in the longer term.

I felt I must write to thank the organisation for the wonderful thought of providing Christmas dinner for people on their own over Christmas. When Connie first made the offer, it simply made my day! And the dinner was unbelievable – everything one might expect for a fantastic occasion – and something for our tea as well!
